Delivery and returns
We aim to dispatch in‑stock items within 1–3 business days after receiving your order. Pre-order products are delivered within around four weeks. Delivery time depends on the selected method (Posti, Matkahuolto, PostNord). Shipping costs are shown before you confirm the order.
You will receive a notification to the phone number you provided when the parcel arrives. Please note that packages are stored for maximum 5-7 days at all pickup points. We charge a 15€ handling fee for uncollected parcels. If products are damaged during transport, report the damage to the carrier and also contact us.
If a delivery delay occurs on our side, we will notify you by email. As a customer, you always have the right to cancel the purchase in case of delays. We will do our best to fulfill your order within the promised time. We reserve the right to disclaim compensation for delays caused by the carrier.
Right of return
Please check the products in your order as soon as possible after receipt. Our products have a 14‑day right of return from receipt of delivery in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. Returns later than 14 days from receipt are not accepted. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.
Please note that sale items cannot be returned.
How to return a product
Please send a return notice to our email before sending the product. We do not process returns without prior notice.
Send the notice to [email protected] with the subject line “Product return”. Include the following information:
- Order number
- Products to be returned
Returned products must be unused and in resalable condition, including original product tags. Refunds are issued only for items in their original condition. Items must be neatly packaged so they arrive in salable condition. You can return products in the original packaging or other suitable shipping packaging.

We process returns in the order received within one week. We will refund the amount using the payment method you used for your order, unless otherwise agreed. Only the price of the product will be refunded; shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please keep your return receipt until your return has been processed. The receipt serves as proof that you returned the parcel and that it is on its way to us.
Return costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that failing to collect a parcel does not constitute a return. We charge a €15 handling fee for uncollected domestic shipments.
Complaints
If the product does not match your order or is defective in any way, please contact our customer service immediately, but no later than within 14 days, at [email protected]. We comply with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act regarding liability for defects.

Little Wardrobe Company is a Finnish company that designs and manufactures high‑quality and durable children’s clothing in timeless, earthy colors in Finland. Our fabrics are made in a Finnish knitting mill and our garments are sewn in a smaller Finnish sewing factory. Supporting Finnish work is self‑evident to us and it is valuable to collaborate with skilled artisans.
The clothes are designed and made to withstand children’s active everyday life. Earthy colors and timeless design make the clothes easy to mix and match. The clothes are made of organic cotton and the fabrics we use meet the product safety standard OEKO‑TEX® Standard 100, Class I.
